CertBase ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Bunch Yazılım Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Bunch", "the Company"). By accessing or using CertBase at certbase.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. License and Use Restrictions

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for your own exam preparation purposes. You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, or republish any content from the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose or resale
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Share your account credentials with others or operate multiple accounts
• Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access the Service
• Circumvent access controls or usage limits

5. Purchases, Payments and Billing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as our Merchant of Record. When you make a purchase, your transaction is handled by Paddle, who is responsible for payment processing, sales tax, VAT, and compliance. Paddle's terms apply to all transactions: paddle.com/legal/terms.

Once purchased, exam access is granted for lifetime use under your account. Pricing is displayed in your local currency where possible and includes applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; existing purchases are not affected.

7. Content and Disclaimers

CertBase provides practice questions and study materials as exam preparation aids. Our content is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or authorized by any certification body, including but not limited to Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft, Google, CompTIA, Cisco, Oracle, ISC2, PMI, or any other exam provider. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Practice questions are generated and curated from publicly available exam objectives. We do not guarantee that our questions will appear on actual exams. The Service is provided "as is" — we make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that using CertBase will result in passing any certification exam.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, questions, and software — are owned by Bunch Yazılım Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants a license to use the content, not ownership of it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertBase and Bunch Yazılım Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or failure to pass a certification exam. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
